- very good compensation and bonus plan - good campus and facilities - cutting-edge technology and market leaders in SAN switches
Cons
- management tried various new products, but nothing could help grow the company. - acquisition of foundry to compete against cisco in the networking space didn't go that well - shutdown of other groups to cover the acquisition cost very haphazard with most of the employees not treated with good severance or a job within the organization. - senior management worried about their own jobs than to worry about people who report to them.
