      Bonuses were huge a few months ago - but likely going down now Lots of money can be made by timing the ESPP decent location

      Cons

      too many system, and none talk to each other project/implementation are pushed through and then forgotten or not used some depts are cool, some are very, very boring not that fun, or great, despite all "best place to work for" awards there about 100 directors or vps for every employee....

      Great People, Comp. Compensation, lots of chances to be involved in multiple projects, fast paced environment, strong ATS and support.

      Cons

      You must be flexible as Brocade is a company that is looking to gain market share. This leads to multiple initiatives that need implemented (can be challenging) and deliverables with tight deadlines
