      Pros

      Most teams are very cohesive and work together well.. Great people, good long term plans and direction.

      Cons

      Cant get a feel for the CEO and HR VP... HR has gone from a great team to a shadow of what it was..

      No complaints from me. If I had to "con" something, it would be the Corporate location. Traffic is terrible.

      Autonomy, ability to drive your own success, great OEM relationships across vendors. Access to many levels of management. Good recognition of effort from management. Great access to product teams and peers. Small enough that you feel you make a difference. Great technology, passionate people.

      Cons

      Small so lacks influence in deals that encompass multiple technology streams. Not a household name outside of the storage industry.
