      Pros

      Good work life balance Good pay and benefits Stock options Will get to work on cutting edge technologies Management more inclined towards growing India Center

      Cons

      There is a sense of uncertainty since the new CEO joined and due to frequent layoffs. India management is worst. U have an HR who is never reachable. Dont expect any facilities not even transport . No corporate culture in Bangalore office, where you feel you are in apartment facility office or loan recovery office.
