      Pros

      Pay is ok when they actually pay you what was legally agreed

      Cons

      Appalling Management Team, terrible company hidden by a great brand. They give you pay cuts to basic salary which is actually illegal in the UK, but they make you 'Agree' to it. If you try and engage with the management team its like talking to a brick wall. They get rid of people that dont agree with them all the time. Now I understand the company doesn't even exist - A great shame but a train crash we all saw coming. I was over target and they gave all my accounts away. Sexism is also absolutely Rife, and this is mainly against Men.

      Pros

      Brocade has great products that just work. Fibre Channel SAN is a proven technology and is the reason it was acquired by Broadcom.

      Cons

      Now as part of Broadcom, the focus on customer satisfaction and ability to work with a customer is significantly reduced.
