Get to work on interesting and current technology.

Cons

Garage shop atmosphere. Bad internal communication. Long hours. Average pay compensation and benefits. No Profit sharing. Stock options worthless and not re-adjusted like other companies did.

- management getting too hierarchical - management can be very mean to hit the project schedule - politics are not absent
