In general the quality of people, management is excellent Good Benefits package Industry leader in most of the markets they're into

Cons

Start-up like culture. Hence loads of work No life, work balance. Very anal about working from home, taking vacations etc

Pros

flexible working time, diversified products, pretty good pay for old dogs company is making good progress, job security is good in a few years

Cons

compensation dropped as fast as the revenue increased technically no more vacation day, but everyday is vacation day if you are good buddy of your boss career development is majorly based on the personal relationship with higher level people. If you are somebody’s "brother/sister/tennis partner", you can grab others credits and promoted quickly even if you didn't do much or messed up a lot. Otherwise, just wait years to get your turn.
