Pros

Collaborative global team, access to complex cloud migration projects, supportive technical leadership, great exposure to AWS and VMware environments, and opportunity to deepen IAM skills across clients.

Cons

Processes can be slow to adapt, limited technical training resources for advanced tools, career pathing sometimes lacks clarity, and cross-departmental communication could improve.

Pros

Good pay and Stock options. That's it, that's all they have to offer.

Cons

No work-life balance. Constant burn out. Constant Micromanagement. No values. No WFH even if they job can be done remotely, for no reason other than because it's policy. Complete disconnect between upper management and employees. Lack of communication. Change fatigue, they keep changing what they want from you. Very stressful job and they keep making it harder. No job security, layoffs are common. No culture. No growth. Not enough PTO. Not enough Sick Time , most companies offer at least 10 Sick Days, Broadcom offers about half that.
