Pros

Multicutural organization. A lot of work across countries and working with other organizations and institutions to provide opportunities

Cons

Senior Leadership are under-qualified for the roles and only get to those positions because they are British. Leadership does not regard that non-British staff can bring an understanding of the market and influence direction. Every new leadership regimes spend time dissing everything that the previous regime did and 1-2 years are wasted starting all over again.
