Title says it all. I have experienced around 10 internships with international companies but the BC blows them out the water.

None - I wish it could have been longer!

Great organisation to work for particularly around work life balance.

Great work environment, colleagues are super supportive and I love the casual dress code.

Cons

Decision making takes ages and career progression is slow or non existent for many business units. Opportunities to grow are few and far between.

The best part of working for BC were the people I was in contact with every single day. It seems like all the employees were cheerful and there to help at any time! Maybe it was my luck.

Cons

Often, I wouldn't be sure of the plan for the week, tasks I'm expected to accomplish etc. due to lack of communication up the ladder
