Pros

- Ease of working within the EU - 12 hours a week with good pay - Develop your target language skills - Introduction to teaching - Opportunity to have autonomy in the classroom - British Council provides a support network and have a very active presence online with resources available to all

Cons

- Experience is very dependant on the school(s) you get placed in - Limited training, can feel overwhelming at the beginning - Cost of setting yourself up in a new country is expensive
