Pros

Flexibility, security of the job, nice environment. It depends from one department to another... there are more off days comparing to the local legal ones.

Cons

Senior manager are former teachers with no business strategy although there is a need of a strategic direction especially for the zero grant countries......and not only....

Pros

Working with some amazing people - I truly mean this!

Cons

When UK managers make fun of your culture, and religion, it devalues your brand. I had one UK leader explain that they know more about my own religion than me. They proceeded to call my culture violent, and the people stupid.
