Pros

good work-life balance except May-Sep (May-Sep are super busy) because pay is low, they won't fire you even you keep making mistakes people are nice. Good for people who look for an easy job but not aggressive in their careers 20 days of annual leave good medical insurance

Cons

busy and need to eat while working during peak seasons (May-Sep) some colleagues play politics but just fight back coz BC won't fire people coz there is not enough staff pay is relatively low

Pros

Medical and Annual leaves are good

Cons

No promotion Promotion are based on job openings. Which lead to high turnover over the past history. The higher top will never realised it as they only see profits numbering. The real problems are always the management people.
