Pros

Bidding, travel opportunity’s, working with different people daily

Cons

Maintaining friendships, work life balance, working seasonal holidays. Benefits are rubbish, the aircraft’s are always full or oversold so you don’t get to take advantage of your concessions. They work you so hard now, rosters are ridiculously packed so you spend your days off recovering!

A keen willingness to be and do better. Lots of initiatives and funding available to bring the airline into a market leading position for its employees and customers. Championing employees ideas.

More of an Industry problem but staffing levels need improving.
