Pros

Staff Travel - But don't expect it it only rewards those that are dinosaurs to the organisation and live in London

Cons

Where do I start ... - Career Opportunities - only if your face fits, have no objections to been treated like an automaton and say yes to management at every opportunity - Good work life balance - absolutely not the local management team will decline any support in a culture that likes to say NO - Supportive Management - absolutely not, there is a culture of lots of meaningless tick box support apps with little or no support from the actual management teams. Don't ever expect to see any manager on the floor during times of crisis (you may get a little patronising cake the following day) - Managerial confidence - Absolutely not the entire team are stuck in the past and manage using control and command permanently where No is the default answer.
