Pros

You still get to spend some time down routs

Cons

They don't care about standards but only about making profits by cutting staff salaryies and benefices. Their focus now is to get rid of the experienced staff and substitute it for cheaper younger people with an attitude and not manners..

Pros

Free/low cost flights but need to understand even if BA delayed flights result in you missing or delaying attended work 'You Will Be Disciplined'.

Cons

Worked in Newcastle call centre where time is accounted by the second. A new contract has been introduced with inferier terms and conditions to collleagues doing same role paying onli a few pence each year above the minimum wage. You will not be given paid statutory DSE breaks and if as little as 30 seconds logging on to all systems you will be disciplined so must be prepared to attend early in your own time. Attitude is everything so be prepared to be disadvantaged if you dare to raise your voice during probation. Zero tolerance to sick absence irrespective of serious of illness or hospitalisation. A zero tolerance policy is taken to 3 x absence during probation will result in dismissal. In training you must be prepared to complete mandatory training in your own time.
