Pros

Good flight discounts and travel benefits such as cheap hotels, car hire etc. Opportunities to work in different areas of the business, although career progression is somewhat limited. Good work-life balance compared to other industries

Cons

Quite a bureaucratic company and it's often slow to get anything done

Pros

Staff travel benefits. Good contractual terms thanks to trade unions. Ok pension. Generally attracts good people in terms of front line employees and up to middle management.

Cons

Senior management, leadership and directors are largely corrupt. Very toxic environment where bullying and harassment are rife. Fear mongering is common.
