They will provide you good training to learn about how Airlines work. For trade agents benefits is they learn how to work on Amadeus however for other departments they work on Pegasus a version of Amadeus (without commands)

Cons

Poor Management High Politics Not employee centric Worst transport management- no courtesy for drivers nor for employees. HR not supportive Managers are good only when you are just saying yes to what they say.
