Pros

When I started over it was great good moral and work place better staff travel benefits with all airlines. But it is slowing deteriorating......very said....

Cons

There is no loyalty given to loyal staff. Moral has hit rock bottom they are recruiting more and more outside instead of promoting within unless you are part of the in crowd then I guess you are the lucky ones. Staff travel changed in 2009 if you want to get bumped to Business Class then you have to pay a premium and if you don't get Business there is no reimbursement of the supplement you paid. India staff are happy....of course they are growing as jobs are being lost elsewhere.....

Pros

The organization cares for customers and employees and benefits and compensation policy is great

Cons

Extremely hiearchel, very difficult to move functional roles with in the company. Growth can be stunted at times
