      Steer Clear at all costs

      Pros

      There was a time in my career there that it was a great place to work at. It is a unique place to work and you are required to be knowledgeable in many different areas which is useful in many different fields.

      Cons

      The culture created by corporate management led to mass turnover, Shady at best business practices, and absolutely terrible moral. This led to everyone including management working 15-17 hour days. No help or assistance provided.

      Culture was nice

      Pros

      Nice culture, Company cared about me and my family, Provided plenty of time off when needed, Was able to work a Hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Corporate nonsense is always there, HR is only there to protect the company, Sales quotas are unreasonable, No one discusses with you actual goals over stretch goals, They say "What do you want to earn this year" and you come up with where you want to be financially.. even if its maxing the commission structure they don't take that into consideration.
