      Pros

      Brand recognition, generally stable business, some talented individuals at the team level.

      Cons

      Work is heavily siloed, with limited cross-team collaboration. Communication often defaults to “I don’t know—figure it out,” rather than shared problem-solving or support. Attitudes in some groups feel dismissive and defensive, which makes progress harder than it needs to be. Processes are inconsistent, and ownership is frequently unclear. And the most recent layoffs haven't helped morale.

      Very rough work environment

      Pros

      Company invests a lot in the initial training within the classroom environment. Provides application and covers costs for permitting and protective equipment.

      Cons

      Very rough work environment with high expectations from upper and regional management. But a major lack of team work. Manu employees want to be compensated heavily for little to no effort. There are some high level employees but they are few and far between.
