Pros

Couriers can make great money with overtime, which they are pretty much guaranteed due to high workload. Seen them clear 90k easily.

Cons

Very poor leadership from the top down, the ones with the most power care least about the business, customers, and employees. Each manager is trying to save face and look better than the other, which leads to reduce focus on employee development, which creates a snowball effect where the company is just losing money.
