      Pros

      It's a job. In a city that has a high unemployment rate, that's one of the few positives I can say about this branch.

      Cons

      Unprofessional on many levels, disorganized, an excessive lack of ongoing training, certifications are not maintained, unsanitary working conditions, lack of quality training for management, over-all low moral among majority of staff.

      Pros

      You can work your way to get as much overtime as you want, very flexible with requesting days off without using any vacation days or sick days.

      Cons

      No likes for you to move up the ladder without being jealous, plenty of favoritism, someones always talking about you behind you back or trying to get you in trouble. Pretty working inside of and High School filled with adults over the age of 40, however they all look at brinks like a playground everyday. All Managers are no good their just as bad as the employees.

      Senior Leadership is HORRIBLE! No support for managers or emmployees, They don't even pay employees full payment when they are fired.
