Pros

The pay was great! Overtime was almost never an issue because (I hate to say) but most people didnt want to work overtime and there is ALWAYS work to be done. It was a therapeutic workspace. As long as you do your work you will be fine!

Cons

The leads are rude to the senior workers. A lot of the leads are young and the processors are up in age. The leads dont show them any respect. It's kind of annoying but thats it for the most part.

I wish I could say there was!

Cons

The staff are lovely but the Supervisors & Managers are just awful people, they have no empathy. They are just out to step on people. When I left, it took me 2 months to get my final payment after taking them to the WRC!
