      Pros

      Good wages and workers seem to get along well.

      Cons

      Management is allowed to break laws often overworking employees making them complete routes faster than before and then punishing them if they work overtime by placing them in 4-hour shifts the following days to not allow them to make the overtime salary. They also say rest breaks and lunch breaks are permitted, however, due to the pressure of speed and working faster almost all workers cannot take lunch or breaks and end up eating while driving. The supervisors, scheduler and manager have a bullying mentality and anyone that stands up against is welcomed with adverse actions (retaliation).
