Pros

The children, some staff members become like family

Cons

Everything. Over worked, work hours are way to long, I never get a lunch break, Lack of staff so everything is in chaos, Admin have to help out in classrooms, or in the kitchen. There is no support for FAs. Ever since new company took over they only want to enroll for more money, but have done major cut backs which leaves everyone else to pick up the slack on top of their job descriptions. Sometimes staff don't want to do their jobs since their over worked as well which is understandable.

Having the weekend off, and the children.

Cons

Low pay, There's a new president of the company every other month, The directors are not qualified, The owners do not care about these minority children they're more concerned with the other daycare that they own. They do not appreciate their staff or enrolled families.The tuition is entirely too high considering where the sites are located. They need to throw the whole company away. Do not apply here.
