      Short staffed Underpaid No supplies No support for coporate “Handlers” “Not in the buisness of Education” - Direct Quote from CEO Martin Handler The Handlers are rude and disrespectful Don’t care about Black and Brown children in the community they serve Janitor and Chef are the same person Filthy establishments Money hungry Owners Always out of Ratio - Not enough coverage Directors not qualified, just hold degrees Food is disgusting Facility is not cleaned Supplies are sent at the last minute or not at all.

      Pros

      Great experience working with children, parents and therapist. You are making a difference in children's lives and helping to give them their educational beginning.

      Cons

      Long hours, ratio challenges (sometimes we has to wait to clock in), year-round working... Few holidays off.

      Flexible schedule; children that are eager to learn.

      Cons

      Tons of paper work with no time to complete unless you want to take it home (no one will pay you extra); unprofessional management; company does not supply the teachers with basics materials (paint brushes, construction paper, glue, etc.); constantly over ratio or mixed with different age groups (infants with 3 year olds); no appreciation for the hard working employees.
