Under paid I believe for all the work the staff does they should be paid more than ten dollars and hour. Parents are always late DISRESPECTFUL and argue around the children even there own ratio's are not always accurate. Parents are rude nasty to staff parents refuse to pay late fees when they don't pick up their children on time. Food menu could be a little better with other food items.

They have a background in nursing homes, not childcare and even if you look up their reviews for their nursing homes, they are even as bad as their newly acquired childcare facility. There are times that the "HR" department doesn't even return your calls or act like they care for you as they're all brainwashed into being scared of their jobs and truly just don't care for the workers aka peasants.
