Pros

Educating the children helping them achieve their goals and objectives being able to work in each class room from.infants to school age to gain more hands on experience and training for those who don't have any.

Cons

Under paid I believe for all the work the staff does they should be paid more than ten dollars and hour. Parents are always late DISRESPECTFUL and argue around the children even there own ratio's are not always accurate. Parents are rude nasty to staff parents refuse to pay late fees when they don't pick up their children on time. Food menu could be a little better with other food items.

Pros

I want to put down pros, but there are actually none that I can think of. The company does give you a small paycheck to where you can "survive" in poverty. It's a joke that the company hasn't seen a raise since 2013-2014. If you were to look at their turnover rate, your mouth would drop!

Cons

Jack Safer himself and Martin Handler These men took over the company a few years back and promised to make many changes that haven't even been close to being true. They have a background in nursing homes, not childcare and even if you look up their reviews for their nursing homes, they are even as bad as their newly acquired childcare facility. There are academies in the Pittsburgh area that don't even have enough staff to stay open without the help of overworked and underpaid management in this area. The starting wages for a teacher with their bachelors is $11 a hr and the benefits are extremely expensive and useless. There are times that the "HR" department doesn't even return your calls or act like they care for you as they're all brainwashed into being scared of their jobs and truly just don't care for the workers aka peasants. There have been issues brought to Avery also who oversees the company and he continues to let the BS happen and let Jack and Martin destroy what education is left within the company.
