THE PAY! THE KIDS LUNCH! The paper work! The unnecessary numbers of trainings that we receive every ‘free day’ we get. Sometimes I feel like a slave working for Brightside. We are literally taking care of kids all day and doing so much paper work all at once , oh and let’s not forget they want us to put in daily observations on the slow tablets, better yet let’s not forget tend to the kids, make sure your class room is up to part, make sure this and that? We get the job done but seriously are we truly appreciated ? It doesn’t seem like it. Brightside acts as if they’re broke but have different locations all over Philadelphia? Which plenty of kids attend? Fast food gets paid more than us! It’s becoming sad! If it wasn’t for my team I would’ve left a long time ago
