New CEO just up-ended some IT work. His approach seems much better than where Bridgestone was headed. If the execution happens, Bridgestone can make a great run as becoming the leader in the tire & car service industry

Cons

Struggling to keep up with salaries. Can be pockets of good 'ol boys network. If you can get in, you will be on the accelerated path. However, there isn't clear career paths well defined. HR is trying but it's a bit slow to implement. Lots of bureaucracy but the company, behind the CEO, has acknowledged this and plan to change. Can become a pro if they can implement.
