Decent starting salary, has overseas work trips, aircon office in the centre of town.

Cons

Toxic work culture, a lot of politics, no HR department, work trips may eat into your weekends (no off in lieu compensation), the amount of work may cause employees to have overtime (unpaid), a bad manager may be an issue, depending on which department you are in. No career progression.
