      -Good payment -3 day work 3 day free is a good shift schedule

      -some places are very hot or smelly -a lot of idiot leaders -they are trying to implement a system called B-ME from Japan, to a totally different culture, its clearly not working, the whole thing is a mess and they are building on lies
