Pros

This is a place where you will always find what to do and where to grow unless you get lazy. The company provides wonderful opportunities to develop skills in various areas. As a starting company, it is the best to learn and gain experience.

Cons

Due to quite a bit of bureaucracy and inability of corporate top management to make fast and strong decisions or to delegate responsibility to local management, some project can last a very long time. If you are local based or/and are lucky with a matrix manager, you will be able to progress quite well. Since it is a Japanese based company, internal control culture is not very well supported and cultivated in the head office.
