No work life balance. Salary below market, alot of politics, managers & above do not really respect you unless you are of manager level, benefits also below market.

It’s the most toxic job you’ll have in RSA with a great PR machine. That will sell you smoke and mirrors. Racial bias thrives. So does gender bias. Employees are bullied by senior leaders. It doesn’t matter what they offer you it will be one of your worst mistakes. In my time here I’ve seen people resign (over 12) in 9 months due to the toxic work culture. The SA division is terrible.
