      -Company invest a lot into development of R&D Engineers, you will defiantly get opportunity to visit some others factory around the globe to share experience -As all Japanese company doesn't care to much about work-life balance. Otherwise, you will always be paid for you overtime job and will be well rated and recognized. You will be working of one of the best in call Tyres and learn a lot about technology. Company provided for me opportunities to visit Tyre proofing ground in Rome and learn on fact how some changes in Tyres (recipe and design) impact on car behavior. -You will know basic skills of Project Managment and Industrial Engineering -Will learn about Kaizen and 6 Sigma

      I start working at Bridgestone when I was 21, company invest a lot in me to raise from me well skilled engineer. Give me opportunities to realize few Projects to improve processes and create new one!
