      taking advantage of the unlimited 10% discount on tires for family members

      Cons

      enjoyed working with the Japanese staff and getting to know them personally then they have to leave as soon as they start to get an understanding of what's going on. Had a hard time with American staff never agreeing to the Japanese staff due to cultural differences and uneducated American staff not being flexible to the culture.
