      Good salary, very interesting challanges ahead, diversity, great team spirit (from middle mgmt down), international environment.

      Cons

      Dreadful people management and leadership, zero work life balance, no career path, continuous change of focus/direction, talents/efforts waste, very political - progression mainly based on personal relationships.

      Pros

      Sharp and focused strategy to expand beyond the tyre business and lead the mobility services.

      Cons

      Sudden big changes in important business decisions at top level. Company still very hierarchical and based on personal relations - your merits will not count as much as the "mentors" you have up in the ladder.
