      Pros

      + Renewed offices + International working environment (many nationalities) + Good location (close to airport and highway)

      Cons

      - Yearly performance evaluation is very Subjective and fulfilling your objectives is equally or less important than how you "behave" - Low salaries, especially for a company that likes to express themselves as "premium": Bonus is only for higher management, having a good or a bad yearly evaluation has almost no impact on salary increase (which is in both cases only about 1%) - no food for sale in canteen (except candy machine) - not enough parking These negative points are reflected in the very high employee turn-over

      World class process, Good Work values, Better Work Life balance. Growth little slow initially during entry level but once you perform and give time, growth is inevitable...

      Well, every big organisation have few of them...Nothing as such to share for cons which seems to be mentioned here

      Pros

      Absolutely phenomenal working conditions educational level for advancement and teammates. From my first impressions very professional and definitely an industry leader their ethics seem un- surpassed in the industry!

      Cons

      I've only been here for about a week otherwise I would give a longer review. I haven't found any cons in the week that I've been with the company and I'm a stickler!
