The pay and benefits are on the higher end, strict and mature place, some good people.

Cons

The work is hard, physical labor. Dangerous. Very hot in the summer. Long 12hr rotating day and night shift. High turnover rate.

A company in transformation trying to catch up with some huge backlogs of technology, culture and marketing.

Cons

"Walk the Talk" is a very interesting concept, very motivating if really applied at all levels, which is not the case.

Senior management are ruthless, uncaring and see you as just a number. So many issues in the company, there's too many to list.
