      Good people, good pay, good mid level managers, they allow you to work on what you're passionate about.

      Cons

      Impeccable record of dedication and impact at company. Terminate without warning due to small mistake on itemizing expense report. ($75) From 2 yrs ago. They cleaned out 6 people out of 13 in a dept that was already 4 short. This will severely postpone projects causing a loss of over $1 million in expected capital expenditures that have to be unexpectedly carried over to next year.

      Pros

      Really enjoyed working with the group of people that I was employed with. Were willing to help each other and always willing to provide guidance and experience to each other. Managers and upper-level management was always approachable and willing to listen to what you had to t say.

      Cons

      Would say that technology in the building was lagging behind of the current times. Machinery is older and hard to repair for maintenance and machines were always breaking down for one reason or another. Made it hard to keep production running smoothly. Being practically a 24/7 production facility there was always a need for office personnel to be on call for issues. Made it difficult on work life balance at nighttime hours sometimes and sometimes felt like you couldn't stray too far from home even if there was a backup up contact.
