      It's a paycheck but not much else.

      Cons

      Employees are treated poorly by all levels of management. The company has an attitude that unless you're directly involved with manufacturing a tire you're unnecessary and irrelevant to the overall success of the company. You are treated like a second class citizen by other employees as well as management.

      Looks good on resume, nice new bldg (which isn’t accessible bc of covid), nice older employees who’ve been there since before relocating

      Cons

      Sexual harassment, multiple employee affairs and pregnancies, ZERO female promotions, zero budge in salary negotiations, they dictate when you use your vacation time, they treat the people who sleep with management better than those who actually behave, the HR ppl are a total joke, no one is actually happy there

      Good pay, benefits and interesting projects

      Cons

      Lack of clear direction, ever changing priorities and poor management in key areas which impacts team efficiency and morale. HR doesn't enforce policies equally which creates potential issues for company and teammates.
