      Pros

      -Good pay -Good benefits -have a fitness center -cafeteria food ain't half bad -good place if you really need the money

      Cons

      -swing shift can be rough -management plays favoritism whether they want to admit it for not. -they blame you for not doing a full days work when their machines go down. -you almost never see your family -they place supervisors and managers in departments they have no idea to run. It runs it for everyone else because they dont knienwhat they're doin.

      Very demanding schedule requiring weekends and holidays. Potential to work 55 hours+ and 6-7 days a week occasionally.
