      Frustrating work for good pay

      Pros

      Best employees, good salary and benefits at time. Workers are more than willing to help each other to understand job and responsibilites.

      Cons

      Bad workplace environment, management micro-manages. Advice seeked from "good ole boy" system rather than knowledgable worker. Moral low. High turnover. Too much experience has left this plant. Long work hours and no recognition for a good job.

      Pros

      You only work six months out the year and the work is not hard. The people are easy going and nice.

      Cons

      Upper management is not compatent enough to understand the process of making the product, yet they get mad at the workers when there is a problem.

      It is a good company to work for but at the same time we do not get the respect that we should.

      Cons

      Management was a bit off the charts. They never provided the employees with the proper respect that we deserved as employees.
