      Good work environment. Offers an Alternative Work Schedule.Benefits are real good..Yearly training is provided.They offer a generous tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Tends to be a very lean environment. There are several areas being outsourced. There are to many committees which tend to slow down simple process.

      Great place to work in terms of low stress, little inter-company politics. Strictly 9-5 working schedule, little need for over-time.

      Cons

      Slightly lower compensation compares to rivals. IT outsourcing is ruining the IT section of the company, the services; worst of all, very moral sapping
