      Pros

      You can make some good money if you are able to handle the crazy schedule. 40 hours, if you're lucky in the winter and 60 - 80 in the summer. Maintenance is more..new management is clueless about what is needed.

      Cons

      The policies are absurd!! They want us to grow the business with plus 2 customers. Yet they go back and forward about discounting policies( 5% off and $10 off oil changes, coming from VP) otherwise is considered for the company vague/wrong. At one point we are told that we price match oil changes,and later service. I mean if the company is so eager in growing the business. Exp: 30min oil change. Why can't we price match, wouldn't that be turning a paying customer down? 30% of something is better than 0% of nothing
