      Pros

      People you work with as peers and good people are in the business. It's the people who are there everyday which make tolerating this culture barely possible. That and the money. Bonus structure is nice.

      Cons

      Current IT leadership is terrible. They have either run off all the good people, or those people left for better jobs. Those who are left are spineless and do not challenge leadership due to fear. It is a demoralizing experience.

      Pros

      Salary is okay, but there can be a big bump with bonus, games and other contest Education and chances to move up Deep discounts on getting your car fixed

      Cons

      Schedules- if you come in to a place that has been well established by managers above you, plan on getting the closing shifts all the time Meetings- there is one every week, Sometimes unattainable numbers- No matter the circumstances expect a 10% bump in your numbers from the years previous

      I don't see any pro, only contractors make the money, never take a full time here you will waste your time, just work with contracts with them until you get something. if you want to grow dont talk to the insects just talk to the upper management. Only paper pushers and spreadsheet Jackies will grow. if you are a technical guy you will never grow.

      -Pay is below the market, contractors run the business. -This company doesn't appreciate any technical skill. -Never talk to the insects only talk to the upper management if you want to grow.
