Pros
They are really trying to make Bridgestone a Premier Place to Work.
Cons
Salaries are not as high as competing companies, and we are losing our best employees. Bonus program is nice, but people need secure incomes. Health insurance costs are too high for the coverage provided. Constant turnover makes it frustrating. You have to work out coverage to get a day off, people frequently lose vacation and holidays.
