Some good people in the company

Cons

No compassion for teammates with families. Changed from a 8 hour rotation that had been done for many years to 12 hour format that is hard to work if you have a family. Got rid of inclement weather policy that would keep workers safe, basically giving points to employees who do not feel safe driving on ice or in hurricanes.
