Pros
The only good thing about the Wilson plant is the pay.
Cons
I could write a book. Many people complain about the rotating hours but you accept that when you are hired. The forced overtime is almost cruel at times. Management is an absolute joke. Nothing but a bunch of "yes men" who don't give two cents about those that work under them. They spend all of their times staring at numbers or attending meetings and are out of touch with what goes on out on the production floor. Management also will twist and manipulate policy to suite their needs. You work under a constant state of threat. Any little thing and you are threatened with a write up or worse. It's all about the numbers there, yet the equipment is sub par, not maintained, and archaic. Claim they care about their employees but nothing could be farther from the truth. No matter hard hard you work or how much you do its never enough. The most negative work experience I've ever had. Misery isn't strong enough to describe my time there.
