      Pros

      People are friendly. Bonuses and pay are nice. Job can become monotonous but overall not hard to accomplish goals and get tasks finished.

      Cons

      Can have long hours sometimes causing tension between co-workers. Like other review said, upper management constantly shifting so constant changes and over site on workers below management.

      the salary and bonus structure were very generous for employees- they have changed this, although probably still the best bonus structure around

      Cons

      very poorly managed, top down focused, "insider" environment. if you don't have a supporter in your management team (very high up) you won't make it.
